University Games have purchased Lagoon, a UK game, gift and puzzle company, from Asmodee. Lagoon was picked up by Asmodee in August last year when it purchased parent company Searainbow Group.
Founded in 1988 by by Simon Melhuish, Lagoon specializes in supplying gift shops, book stores and garden centers.
University games have been on a bit of a buying spree in the last couple of years. Its last purchase was Maranda Games in April.
