Days of Wonder have launched an Amazon Alexa Skills for Ticket to Ride. Alexa is a virtual assistant created by Amazon to perform audio interactions.
Gamers will be able to say, “Alexa, launch Ticket to Ride” or “Alexa, lunch Ticket to Ride Europe,” to experience the free support including rules, score tracking, longest route calculation, sound effects and music.
Alexa can even play as an additional player. It will be available in English and French in the US, UK and France. The company said additional languages and countries will be supported soon.
Polish publisher, Portal Games announced in February that they were bringing their Detective Game to Alexa. Case 6, Suburbia of Detective: A Modern Crime Board will be narrated by Alexa. Players will solve the crime in using voice commands and the integrated application.
