Asmodee have acquired Canadian game distributor, Lion Rampant Imports. Based in Brantford, Ontario, Lion Rampant was founded in 1992 by Ross Fleming and Rose Kriedemann. The two companies have worked together for the last 10 years. The deal closed on August 7.
The company has also acquired Kids Power International, a Taiwanese publisher and distributor operating under the GoKids brand. The company was founded in 2010. Asmodee has been a partner since 2011.
In July, Asmodee added Chilean distributor Skyship to the group. Skyship had a strong partnership with Asmodee since its founding in 2014.
