2019 Origins Award Winners

The 45th annual Origins Awards were presented June 15 at the Origins Game Fair in Columbus, Ohio. Nominees were announced in March. The winners were voted on by the members of The Academy of Adventure Gaming Arts and Design. Fan Favorite awards were selected by Origins Game Fair attendees.

The Academy also inducted several people and games into their Hall of Fame. Gerald Brom and Vlaada Chvàtil were inducted to the Hall of Fame for their industry work. Mage Knight by WizKids and Apples to Apples by Mattel were also inducted.

Jamey Stegmaier of Stonemaier Games won the inaugural Rising Star Award.
